Blazing Fast will provide your ordered services and products described in the invoice in return for the sum of payment in the invoice.
Blazing Fast reserves the right to deny its services or products to any user.
All services ordered from Blazing Fast will begin on the date that Blazing Fast generates the Welcome Email until the date stated on the invoice. On the renewal date your services shall renew automatically unless you have chosen for this not to happen and have taken the appropriate action to stop this from happening.
Customer's billing cycles can vary from monthly, quarter, semi-annually, annually, or bi-annually. The billing cycle is stated in the invoice. All services and products require the first payment to be made in order to be setup, activated and ready to use.
Payments to Blazing Fast must be made in United States Dollars. The customer is entirely responsible for keeping their contact and billing details up to date, such as credit card details and billing address. Blazing Fast reserves the right to suspend any servicing when a payment is overdue and add additional fees to invoices for the late payment.
Blazing Fast reserves the right to alter fees of its services or products at any time.
Refunds are only issued to hosting accounts that have been active for seven days or less and will be issued in the form of account credit. Refunds are not available on domain names.
Any disputes must be reported to Blazing Fast within thirty days.
Customers agree to abide Blazing Fast's acceptable usage policy and other applicable laws when using Blazing Fast's services. Customers agree to cooperate when an investigation is undertaken for any suspended service.
Customers agree that the details they provide about themselves (such as address, name, email address etc.) are valid and up-to-date. The customer agrees to update their details with Blazing Fast if any of their details change.
Blazing Fast does not offer any form of warranty or guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error free or totally secure.
Blazing Fast is under no obligation to serve its services and products if something arises that will prevent these services and products from operating if the cause is out of Blazing Fast's control. Examples of this include without limitation, failure of a portion of the power grid, failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labour action, terrorist activity, or other events of a magnitude.
Nor Blazing Fast or the customer will be responsible for any loss of profits, or any damages that could have been avoided.
Customers agree that Blazing Fast may suspend or terminate hosting accounts without giving warning or notice in any situation. Customers agree to cooperate if any investigations are needed to be undertaken.
Customers agree that without notice, Blazing Fast may fulfil the requests of information of any given user from the appropriate authorities.
Customers agree to keep a current copy of their contents hosted on Blazing Fast and not to rely on Blazing Fast to keep a current backup.
Blazing Fast reserves the right to make alterations to its network which may affect the display of its customers' content. Any downtime caused by alterations to Blazing Fast's network will not be claimable against Blazing Fast's 99.9% uptime guarantee.
