If you'd like to set a PTR/rDNS (Reverse DNS) record, please follow the below steps:

1) Visit My Services

2) Click the service you'd like to access VNC/Console for

3) Click OPEN CONTROL PANEL

4) Click Network

5) Click Reverse DNS

6) Set your desired record

The record will take effect within 24 hours.
